The 24v brushless motor design of the 11WLSE series motors means lower maintenance requirements and longer service life, providing higher efficiency and reliability compared to traditional brushed motors. The characteristics of the motor include:
Motor structure: The stator winding adopts a three-phase symmetrical star connection, similar to a three-phase asynchronous motor, providing stable and uniform electric power.
Rotor design: The rotor is equipped with permanently magnetized permanent magnets, enhancing the performance of the motor.
Sensing and control: Built in position sensors are used to monitor the position of the rotor, which is crucial for high-precision control. The driver integrates advanced power electronics technology and microprocessor control, responding to various control signals of the motor, such as start, stop, and brake commands, while managing the power transistor of the inverter bridge to ensure efficient torque output.
System interaction: The driver is also responsible for receiving and processing speed instructions and feedback, while providing system protection and status display functions, increasing user convenience and system security.
