2. Differences in performance

DC Brushless Motor has been put into commercial operation for more than ten years, and its technology is not mature. 3. Different structures

 

The basic components of a DC brush motor include a stator, rotor, brush, and commutator. The interaction of stator and rotor magnetic fields drives the motor to rotate.

 

DC Brushless Motor consists of Motor body and driver, Motor stator winding made of three-phase symmetrical star connection, the driver is composed of power electronic devices and integrated circuits.

 

4. Different ways of regulating speed
